Expertise

What I do, and how I do it.

Six disciplines that operate as one practice, each with a defined approach, a set of capabilities and the places it contributes most.

01

Creative Economy Strategy

Designing the policy, programme and market architecture that turns cultural output into economic value.

What I do

I help governments, institutions and cultural organisations translate creative and cultural activity into structured economic strategy through sector mapping, value-chain design, programme frameworks and investment-ready initiatives.

Strategic approach

Start with the ecosystem, not the event. I read the sector's real constraints, including capital, infrastructure, skills, distribution and data, then design interventions that address the binding one first and build the coalition required to sustain them.

Capabilities

  • Sector mapping and value-chain analysis
  • Creative economy policy input and programme design
  • Cultural infrastructure and cluster development
  • Funding architecture and investment narratives
  • Monitoring frameworks and impact measurement

Areas of contribution

  • National and sub-national creative economy agendas
  • Arts, culture and tourism programming
  • Creative-sector skills and enterprise pipelines
02

Program & Project Management

Turning ambitious mandates into sequenced, resourced, accountable delivery plans.

What I do

I build and run the delivery machinery behind complex, multi-stakeholder programmes: scope, governance, workplans, budgets, reporting and the discipline to keep them on track.

Strategic approach

Clarity before speed. Define the outcome, name the owner, sequence the dependencies, then instrument the whole thing so progress is visible long before the deadline.

Capabilities

  • Programme design, governance and workplanning
  • Stakeholder and steering-committee management
  • Budgeting, procurement coordination and vendor oversight
  • Risk registers, reporting cadences and dashboards
  • Event and national-initiative delivery at scale

Areas of contribution

  • Government programme delivery units
  • Donor and development-partner initiatives
  • Multi-partner cultural and youth programmes
03

Talent & Creator Management

Representing creators and building the commercial and career infrastructure around them.

What I do

I manage and advise artists, creators, presenters and public figures on positioning, deal-making, brand partnerships and long-horizon career architecture.

Strategic approach

Treat a career like a portfolio, not a calendar. Protect the artistic centre, diversify the revenue around it, and only take the deals that compound the brand.

Capabilities

  • Artist and creator representation
  • Brand partnership negotiation and deal structuring
  • Positioning, narrative and rollout strategy
  • Contract, rights and royalty coordination
  • Team building and creator business operations

Areas of contribution

  • Emerging and established Nigerian creative talent
  • Creator-brand commercial programmes
  • Talent development and management structures
04

Digital Communications

Shaping how leaders, institutions and initiatives are understood in public.

What I do

I lead digital communications strategy for public figures and institutions, covering message architecture, content systems, channel strategy and the editorial discipline to keep a narrative coherent under pressure.

Strategic approach

A narrative is an operating system, not a slogan. Define the few things you want believed, build a content engine that proves them repeatedly, and measure belief rather than vanity reach.

Capabilities

  • Executive and government communications strategy
  • Message architecture and narrative frameworks
  • Content systems, editorial calendars and production
  • Digital campaign strategy and community management
  • Reputation, issues and crisis communications support

Areas of contribution

  • Political and public-sector leadership communications
  • Institutional brand and campaign narratives
  • Creator and talent communications
05

Social Entrepreneurship

Building ventures and community initiatives where impact and sustainability reinforce each other.

Toluwalase Eniola connecting culture and social impact

What I do

I found and support ventures and community initiatives focused on youth, opportunity and creative livelihoods, designing them to survive beyond grant cycles.

Strategic approach

Impact that cannot pay for itself is a pilot, not a solution. I design for a revenue logic from day one and keep the beneficiary in the design room, not just the report.

Capabilities

  • Venture and initiative design
  • Youth and community programme delivery
  • Theory of change and impact measurement
  • Volunteer and community mobilisation
  • Grant and sponsorship development

Areas of contribution

  • Youth development and skills initiatives
  • Community-led cultural programming
  • Creative livelihood and enterprise support
06

Strategic Partnerships

Convening the government, private-sector and international alliances that make ambition executable.

Toluwalase Eniola developing an institutional partnership

What I do

I originate, negotiate and manage partnerships across government, brands, development partners and international institutions, turning shared interest into signed, resourced, delivered collaboration.

Strategic approach

Find the overlap that is genuinely mutual, then engineer the smallest credible first collaboration. Trust compounds faster than MOUs.

Capabilities

  • Partnership origination and stakeholder mapping
  • Negotiation, MOUs and governance structures
  • Public-private and multilateral collaboration
  • Sponsorship and co-investment structuring
  • Partner relationship management and renewal

Areas of contribution

  • Government-to-industry collaboration
  • International and diaspora creative partnerships
  • Brand, platform and institutional alliances
